APPLICATION PROCESS

When you call in or stop over, we will first talk to you about the property and tell you our best guess on our wait list time. It will take about 10 minutes. We will then give you the application to fill out and return with your documents.

Once everything is turned in, we will run a  background and income verification check. Once completed we will notify you if you qualify, if we need clarifying information or if you don't qualify.

If you qualify you will then be added to our wait list for a unit to be come available. If you don't qualify you can appeal the decision to our 504 coordinator and their information will be on the denial letter.
